Garmently

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Garmently is a virtual wardrobe and try-on app. This policy explains, in general terms, how we handle your information when you use it. “We” and “us” mean the team that runs Garmently. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect and how we use it

We collect the information needed to provide and improve Garmently. This can include:

We use this information to run the app, personalise your experience, communicate with you, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate Garmently, only as necessary to provide the service. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, to protect someone’s safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Virtual try-on and third-party processing

To create models, try-ons and other images, the photos and details you provide may be processed by trusted third-party service providers. We share only what is needed for the task. We do not use your photos or other content to train AI models.

Who can see your content

Your content is private to your account. It is shared with others only when you choose to share it.

Where your information is processed

Our service providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or without the app at garmently.app/delete-account. When you do, we delete or de-identify your information, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.

Your choices and rights

You can control permissions such as location, notifications, camera and photo access in your phone’s settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will reply within the time the law requires.

Children

Garmently is for people who are at least 13, or older where the law of your country sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, if the change matters, tell you in the app.
