Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Garmently. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About Garmently
Garmently is a virtual wardrobe and try-on app. You can photograph your clothes, build outfits, plan what to wear, and use AI to create a model of yourself and see how outfits might look on it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13, or older if the law of your country sets a higher age for using an online service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. If you are using Garmently for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think it has been misused. One person, one account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you add. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, adapt and display it, and to send it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run Garmently for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from the limited records described in the Privacy Policy.
You promise that you have the right to upload what you add, and that you will upload only photos of yourself for creating a model. If you add a photo of someone else, you must have their permission.
AI-generated images
Garmently uses AI to create images such as cut-outs, enhanced items, models, mannequin renders and try-ons. Results are generated automatically and may not be accurate or match how a garment fits or looks in person. They may contain errors or look different each time. Treat them as a guide, not a guarantee, and do not rely on them to choose a size or for any decision where a mistake would matter.
As between you and us, you own the images generated from your content, and you may use them as you wish, including sharing them, as long as you follow these terms. Because AI output can be similar across users, we cannot promise that no one else will receive a similar image.
Credits
Some features use credits. What each action costs is shown in the app before you run it. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are removed when your account is deleted. We may change how many credits an action costs; a change does not affect an action already started. If an action fails because of a fault on our side, we will return the credits it used.
Referrals
You can invite friends with your referral link and may earn rewards when they join. Rewards are limited per device and per account, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or reversed if we find they were obtained by creating fake accounts, repeat claims or any other misuse.
Subscriptions and purchases
Where purchases are available, they are made and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you buy.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple or Google account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings for your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Garmently account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. Apple and Google handle refunds under their own policies, and we cannot issue them ourselves. Ask the store that billed you.
- Price changes. If a price changes, the store will tell you and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
- Free trials. If we offer one, the trial converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then.
Using Garmently responsibly
Please do not:
- upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content, or content of other people without their permission;
- use the app to create images that deceive others about who a person is, or that depict a real person in a misleading, demeaning or sexual way;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around limits (including credit and referral limits);
- use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone, or to break the law.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Our rights
The app, its design, software and everything in it other than your content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your own devices for its intended purpose. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Third-party services
Garmently relies on services from others, including Google, RunPod, Open-Meteo, Apple and RevenueCat, and the weather data comes from Open-Meteo under its own licence. We are not responsible for services we do not control, and they may change or stop.
Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and are not responsible for claims about it. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the terms of the store and of any third-party service you use with the app.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or at garmently.app/delete-account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or to protect the service. If we end your access without a breach on your part, we will refund any unused part of a subscription we billed directly.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Garmently available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. If you keep using Garmently after a change takes effect, you accept it.
Disclaimers and liability
Garmently is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of data or profit, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated images or recommendations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to 50 US dollars. You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or used content you had no right to use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
General
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger or sale of the business. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Garmently.
